Great food and customer service. these other reviews make me feel like they all went to a completely different restaurant.
I don't get the hate. This place is legit. Best machaca burrito I've had. PERIDOT. Born and raised in SD, so I've had my fair share. Trust me.
This is my family's go to for our tacos, burritos, and carne asada fries for YEARS. They seem to have upgraded the patio since I last came to order. Their lights definitely makes the patio more inviting to eat outside. They are generous with their portions. They have a list of sauces to choose from and they're all great! Love the red sauce. The fries have a crispy batter to them which I like. They make your food fresh so there is a wait time after you order, but super worth it. Also it's open late which is a plus for those late night cravings. I've gone here so many times so this review is past overdue, but definitely check them out.

I always avoid this place but for some damn reason I rolled through here a few weeks ago. No idea why, but I am happy to say that I really enjoyed my burrito - it was damn good! I ordered a "California" burrito but asked if they would make it with grilled chicken instead of carne asada. Done deal, they made it happen and I have no idea why I haven't made this request sooner. This burrito hit hard, and the only reason I'm not serving up five sexy stars just yet is because I'll need to keep an eye on this spot for consistency. I'll be back, fire up that chicken.
